Dear SACS Family,
The month of February turns our thoughts to love. We naturally tend to think of those in our circle of friends and family that we love most. This month, I encourage you to look around within your community here at school and at home to seek out those that may not be feeling cared about. Jesus not only said to love everyone, but he also demonstrated how to treat those around us with love and respect. The society we live in has a warped idea of love, but 1Cor. 13 tells us what Christlike love is all about…“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonour others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.” and 1 Cor. 16:14 challenges us to, “Let all you do be done in love.” May you each have a wonderful month focused on loving like Christ.
Please take note of the activities this month. I wouldn’t want anyone to be left out! Thank you for your continued support and prayers as together we minister to our children.
