Home and School Association (HSA): HSA consists of parents, staff, teachers and administration whose desire is to provide enrichment to the programs offered here at SACS. Meeting once per month, the HSA works to keep communication channels open between student families and the school, helps with fundraising for school facilities and programs, and plans engaging events that support student growth academically, socially, physically, and spiritually.

SEPTEMBER
Grandparents Day – decorations and provide refreshments and light snacks
TK-8th Grade Vesper – provide supper and dessert
Move-a-thon – provide refreshments and otter pops
OCTOBER
Fall Festival – decorate, organize booth setup and activities, prizes for contests, and clean up.
Red Ribbon Week / Spirit Week – provide small gifts each day
NOVEMBER
Friendsgiving Luncheon – decorate for festivities and serve lunch
See’s Candies Fundraiser – earned over 25% of all sales, top 3 sellers win a prize
DECEMBER
Christmas Program – decorations, provide refreshments and help serve
Christmas Food Drive – collect dry canned/boxed goods for the less advantage, offer ice cream party to the class that collects the most goods
JANUARY
Work Bee – clean and organize classroom/storage rooms
FEBRUARY
Chipotle Family Dinner Fundraiser – earned 33% of sales from dining and take-out.
Valentine’s Day – decorate hallway
TK-8th Grade Vespers – provide supper and dessert
MARCH
Talent & Art Show/Games – provide refreshments and light supper
New Student Open House – decorate hallway
TK-8th Grade Camping Trip – organize trip, provide Sabbath meals and smores
Read-a-Thon – host event during Spring break, most hours read and most money collect wins prizes
APRIL
Science Fair – decorate hallway
Spirit Week – provide small gifts each day
Administrative Professionals Day – treat secretaries and staff for the day
MAY
Teacher’s Appreciation Week – treat teachers for the week
Donut mess with Moms – refreshments and donuts
JUNE
School Picnic – provide lunch and dessert
